Jornada en el Parc Tecnologic del Vallès – Cerdanyola.

SOLUTIONS IN COMPANY presentó International Sales Relationship Management (Gestión de relaciones comerciales internacionales) a varios gerentes y directores de negocios internacionales que asistieron a la jornada informativa organizada por el PTV.
Contando con una animada participación del público - representante de diversos sectores industriales (químico, servicios, transporte, alimenticio, etc.) se intercambiaron distintas experiencias comerciales vividas con sus partners extranjeros, ya se tratase de empresas multinacionales con filial española, o bien  de organizaciones extranjeras en el mercado de destino.
La conclusión fue contundente: el desarrollo y la gestión de las relaciones estratégicas con partners extranjeros son una pieza fundamental para el éxito de la internacionalización de una organización y la apertura hacia nuevos mercados.
Los temas que se trataron muy brevemente fueron:
1-Identificar los partners comerciales en el extranjero – roles, relevancia
2-Generar confianza en clave internacional:
a.la relación personal vs. profesional  
b.los tiempos
c.estilos de comunicación - contextos
3-Organigrama de empresa - relaciones jerárquicas diversas
4-¿Cuál es el proceso interno para tomar decisiones?

Improve Sales with Key Account Management

Open session at Parc Tecnologic del Vallès – Cerdanyola.

Key Account Management’s methodology was presented by M. Laura Locatelli from SOLUTIONS IN COMPANY to about 20 companies and organizations attending the open session hold by Parc Tecnologic del Vallès.
Several industrial sectors were represented: business consultancy, high technology, chemistry, logistic, plastics, industrial equipments, tourism, electronics, etc.
A high audience’s participation allowed a very interested discussion engaging directors and sales/technical managers from diverse organizations dealing with local and global clients. Such a successful meeting supports not only the relevance of the topic nowadays but also a clear need to introduce new strategic business tools like K.A.M. to guarantee the future and competitiveness of a business.
In short, the following points have been developed:
1-    KAM phases
2-    The four key elements:
a.   Team, roles and responsibilities
b.   Knowledge of a key account: business, contact map, decision path, etc.
c.   Objectives -. Strategy and action plan at KA
d.    Indicators – what do we measure?
3-    Which are the KAM benefits for my organization?
4-    Consequences & challenges of implementing KAM at my organization
